WAY SERVICES Why mediation? The parties determine the outcome! It is a needs-based, confidential process where communication between the parties is the primary goal in order to facilitate an amicable resolution. Consultations: Please call us at at 301-792-3340 or 304-262-9005 to schedule a convenient time to discuss the type of case and fees. Cost: Our alternative dispute processes are based on an hourly rate which is determined during the initial consultation. The hourly rate will be decided by the complexity of the issues involved and the process the parties choose. Training: Solomon's Way has developed several training modules and will customize the curriculum to meet your needs. The fees are discussed during consultation.
